For experienced artists (who have at least GCSE level experience) who are zero hours in mindfulness
For experienced meditators (minimum 30 minutes a day for a year) who do not have GCSE level art experience
For very experienced Buddhist meditation practitioners who have a minimum of 7 continuous days solo retreat experience who do not have GCSE level art experience
For very experienced Buddhist meditators who have a minimum of 7 continuous days solo retreat experience and who have been serious art practitioners for 3 years or more
